Converting season into dynasty

does anyone knows how to do this in live 08? i read about this topic on the wiki and its for live 05, so isn't not applicable to use that method in live 08? cause my game crashes if i sign free agent and simulated game in my dynasty.
Just to proved that your a real men you don't need to bang up different girls every night, being loyal to just one girl is already man enough... oh yeah!!!
