Adidas Revolution 30 Jerseys Crash

I currently play using the Adidas Rev30 Jersey Patch. The problem is the game seems to suddenly crash on occasion, particularly when I am up against the Orlando Magic wearing their white home uniforms.

What should I do to prevent my game from crashing for good and still enjoy using the jersey patch?

Please address any concerns with the Revolution 30 update to zetrocojra317 in his release thread. I see you've also posted another thread about jersey/arena crashes, so there's no need to make another one regarding the same issue. Thanks.
