For future reference, please post all TUP 11 related questions in the TUP 11 thread. No exceptions.

The issue lies in NBA Live 08's sim engine, which to be frank is a complete mess. You can try yesky's sim engine fix (available in the Downloads section) but the results aren't 100% perfect since editing NBA Live 08's sim engine is not a precise science and involves a lot of trial and error, with somewhat limited success. If the simulated stats bother you, you're better off playing another game in the series because unfortunately there's not much we can do about it.
