Check the TUP 10 thread. A roster update for NBA Live 08 is already available.

There is no 2010/2011 roster except for the one that's part of TUP 10. I have not released a roster yet this offseason and while it's my intention to continue them, I cannot say when the next one will be out at this time.

So basically, you've got two options: download TUP 10, or wait for the next NLSC roster. As I said, I can't say when the next one will be out, but it's obviously going to be quicker to download TUP 10 since it's available right now. You'll find the release thread right here in the NBA Live 08 section.
