Playing game in smaller window

Hey do you guys know how I can make the game not full screen?

I'm running it on windows 7. I've tried adding -w in the target box under properties, but then it said it's not valid, and to make sure the path and file name is correct.

we werent able to find a way to run the game windowed with different programs and stuff and nothing worked
