Dynasty Mode - Sim Crash

I'm stuck at 2008 february 09. I can't simulate february 10, because it crashes. Event set to Day Off. I changed it, but it remains the same. It crashes. Is there a way to skip it or something like that?

Not really, it'll likely still crash if you pick a later date to simulate to; something on that day is causing a crash. At this point we need to look at what's causing the crash to see what - if anything - can be done to fix it (database corruptions usually mean you have to start over).

To that end, you'll need to let us know:

- Which patches you're using
- Whether or not you've made any changes to the database yourself (and what they were)
- Whether you can start a new Dynasty and successfully simulate through February 10th (to see if the problem is just affecting that one Dynasty)

1. I'm using TUP 10.
2. I didn't change anything in those files.
3. I created another dynasty and it crashes as well at the same date.

Looks like it's the mod's problem.

You might want to check the TUP 10 thread as I believe a couple of roster fixes have been posted, but it's still in beta so the stable release should iron out these issues.

Oh, okey.. And could you suggest me some retro roster patches for 08? I can't find anything..

I don't have any links handy or recall any offhand. Run a search here in the NBA Live 08 section, you might still find some with working links.

I'm experiencing the same problem on Feb. 10 before all star weekend on TUP 10. Does anyone now know what can I do to fix this problem?

i think u need to use the Dynasty&Season Safe

ahm maybe use andrew's roster its work for my dynasty...
when i play dynasty im using andrew's roster..
but im still using TUP roster when i play season or exhibition games...
just try again the dynastyseasonsafe of TUP...
i think it's work....

if it's still work use andrews roster...
and copy the appearances and shoes of TUP coz its updated and using DB commander..

i thought of copy pasting the dbf file only to my save files.

you dont overwrite teams.dbf of dyansty and season safe w/ the default roster u have.

i paste the folder to the save folder and load it via nba live 08 and make a new season but it crashes.

i load the dynasty season safe via dynasty. and then i will make a new dynasty.on feb.10 it will crash. any possible fix?

ivan02891, did u start ur dynasty using NBA or random?

if u used NBA did u use TUP10's most recent schedule fix BEFORE starting the dynasty?

warning: if u copy the schedule fix to an exisiting dynasty, i havnt tested..but i believe it will not work and may cause more damage
