FATAL. EXITING APLICATION. HELP !

When I get to play online, when it says "connecting" appears a sign that says FATAL ERROR EXTI APLICATION and the game closes. before I went, I put step after tup10. but now came back to clean up the game and is still happening as well.

the online is disabled by EA, been disabled for about a year or so now
