I believe it's possible, you just have to wait until they're generated. Here's a step-by-step:

Obviously you don't need to create the new All-Stars in Dynasty Mode, you can just overwrite the entries for the ones the game has picked. Just make sure you edit the entries that have 30 (East All-Stars) and 31 (West All-Stars) instead of the ones assigned to their regular team.

As I said, the players with a TEAM value of 30 and 31 are assigned to the East and West All-Stars respectively so those are the entries in players.dbf that you need to look for. Note that those entries won't be generated until you're close to the All-Star Weekend.

No problem. Feel to post a follow up in this thread if you've got any more questions or just to let me know how you got on editing the teams. I'll need to update that Tutorial with some additional tips and the like at some point.

Probably best if we keep things in the new thread you created just to save confusion, so I'll lock this one. As I mentioned in the other thread though, I would imagine the rosters would be generated by the time you get up to the All-Star Weekend, if they're not then that certainly complicates matters. Anyway, as I said let's keep it in the new thread to save confusion.
