You can use it to change the salary cap to $500 million, essentially alleviating all salary cap restrictions when signing players or making trades.

I believe you can just take the franchise.dat file from the appropriate folder and place it in your Dynasty save folder. Be sure to make a backup of your Dynasty first, in case anything goes wrong.

that is interesting, i thought the franchise.dat was independent for each dynasty started....i have no proof of that, just my own assumption.

if what ur saying is true (you can basically copy any franchise.dat to any dynasty) then I will considering editing that file for TUP10...so when people start dynasty mode, the salary cap will be at the current year + the miss match in draft picks because OKC is not in the same order as SEA can be fixed.
