Help..Game Crashes As i View the Assistants menu!!

Its been a week since the last time i played NBA live 08, when i load the roster and view the assistants menu to assign new player to be trained. the game just crashes and no other error information was displayed..tnx anyone..

Did you change any data or download any patches? does the error occurs only in dynasty?

the latest changes in my sgsm was Ron Artest hair patch the i downloaded somewhere here in this site..

that would be ej17 patch, I'm sure that is crash free. what team are you using? are you sure that there is no message pop out?

sir its the ron artest patch having chinese char and a yellowish hair color..in running win 7,,its just an appcrash..sometimes i got an appcrash but it says its the codebase error but i can fixed that type of error but this one,i cant..

maybe you change something in the dbf if it says codebase error

An old standby to fix codebase errors is to clear the contents of the workingdb and currentdb folders. Please note that if you've tinkered with the files in your Dynasty save folder however, you may have a corruption which can only be fixed through the use of a working backup.

sir, i made some tests of my other saved dynasty and i notice that the game crashes as i simulate the date through January 31..any saved dynasties that passed through that date makes the game crashed,,the codebase error that i said earlier was just an example of some error i encountered and i fixed,,this one that have something to do with Assistants page was different, it does not say what error that made the the game crash...im using the TUP 09, i have downloaded it form sendspace and rapidshare(mixed download parts 1-3 form sendspace and 4-5 from rapidshare) and it says that there are some error on "playersdbf" , i just ignored that because i think that this works properly, i dont know if its conncected with "assistants" error..

Seeing as though the assistants affect data in players.dbf, I'd suggest there is a connection.
