Anisotropic is the best texture filter.
V Sync caps the frame rate of the game to your monitor's refresh rate, which is usually 60. It also helps prevent horizontal screen tearing.
Triple buffer is supposed to make the image move smoother, but at the cost of latency. It is usually used in conjunction with V Sync.
