I wanted this patch because it greatly improves the graphics. Am I wrong?
Can you upload it again?
Is there another patch that improves the graphics?

No one knows the exact date,but it should come pretty soon i guess.
The "it's like that" mod isn't all that good,at least from what i had seen,you should just go and download the latest NLSC Rosters,you'll get the rosters,cyberfaces and some cool other stuff,for the graphics just go get a lightning patch.
