Maybe someone knows where I can download realistic sim engine because mine is like that

Ive seen Sim Engine,didnt really get what it does til I read this lol..

Andrew where would I extract the engine to?SGSM? (or SMSG w.e...)

Extract sim engine to tuning folder which is in main NBA LIVE 08 folder.
