How can i Change the name of the shoes?

I know how to change the shoe type, of course edit the shoes itself, but there's one thing that I already saw somewhere here on the NLSC, how to change the name of the shoe, i just forgot how to do it. Can someone please guide me to it? thanks

the name depends on the LOCID column in the shoesacc.dbf

the LOCID should refers to the NBA LIVE 08\loc\locale.eng (for english)

but i'm not sure how the # = name
