run time error 429 using fshx

Hi,

I'm having a problem with the fshx program. When I try to run fshx, I get the same message "run time error 429, activex can't create object". Has anybody experienced this problem? I would appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.

p.s. - I put this post in the nba live 08 file because I am using fshx to edit live 08 courts. I didn't know where else to put it.
