He should be, he's in the default NBA Live 08 rosters.

when i reset my roster i see brezec in the line-up of bobcats but when i load my upadated roster i not see brezec in all teams or free agents..?pls help me..

I can't speak for all roster updates but he should be in the Free Agent pool in the NLSC updates. I know because I've just moved him there while working on the next release.
