editing other teams players in dynasty mode?

hi, i recently added player gear such as howard's sleeves, mo william's sleeves, etc. I realised that if i made mo williams double sleeve white, ingame i could see he had a default black team pad overlapping it.

im wondering if i can somehow access the character and change it so it would be all white instead of having a random black team pad sticking out contrasting the two white sleeves.
