National teams patch

I downloaded national teams patch for NBA Live 2007. The trouble is installing it. The folder with the patch contains .dbf files. How do I implement the patch into the game?

Are you trying to install the patch to NBA Live 08?

Sorry, wrong post. I own NBA Live 07, not NBA Live 08. Yeah, I'm trying to install national teams patch to NBA Live 07. The file extension of the patch is .dbf (originally .rar, extracted).
