I think there is something inappropriate in the game play that makes one easy to win a game. I am playing superstar level already. It is very difficult to shoot a ball, especially 3-point. Players are therefore encouraged to use less assists and passing but instead just try to dribble, attack the basket by dunking. This is a method whcih easily put one's shooting percentage to 60-70% which makes it unrealistic. Additionaly, passing causes turnovers too easily whcih discourages people from doing so. This is certainly a technical problem. I am getting bored of it coz yesterday I won Boston Celtics using Timberwolves by 42 points( 4 minutes a quater).

You can adjust the gameplay by editing your game sliders. You can find some good sliders suggestions in stickied thread in this section. However, Live 08 is so bugged and bad that IMO you should switch to NBA 2K9 and if your specs aren't good enough, then switch to an older Live game, 06 or 2005 for example. In this forum you can find many patches for those games which will refresh them, update the rosters and add many interesting things. And the most important thing - gameplay - is far better in 06 or 2005 than in 08 even without patching.
