I'd tell you to keep Rasheed, Hamilton and Stuckey, all other don't fit a fast + defensive set
Maybe Prince could stay due to his good defense, but he isn't that good in transition, probably getting Azubuike or JR Smith as SFs would give you a good combo of 3PT and Infiltration combo in transition

You could keep Maxiell and Johnson to split time at 4 and get abother big via trade for Sheed + something. That's how you could get Amare. Keep most of your backcourt and maybe get JR Smith, Nate or someone who can give you a spark from the bench.

Trade Sheed or A.I. or Prince or Kwame or trade all of them .
Get players that are athletic and get some players that are good shooters .
Make a trade for Josh Smith then move him at PF then make a trade for Bosh then move him at C that way you'll get athletic big men who can run and defend .
Move Amir Johnson as your back-up C and Maxiell as your back-up PF .
Find a way to get someone like Redick or House or Vujacic or Cook at back-court .
Also find a way to get players that play multiple positions .

wow. thank you for suggestions sir.. as of now, i'm compressing your oppinions to get a good combination. to sir andrew, first thanks for welcoming me. :D and on keeping players, i want to keep johnson and stuckey. but i'm not sure if they will fit my fastbreak+defense roster. i tried a dynasty and i got josh howard and chris bosh (traded away iverson and wallace) but on off-season, i don't have enought salary to sign brown and johnson. hamilton and maxiel was also f.a that time but i signed them cause of exemption. anyway, i just tried it but i didn't save it.

Yeah anytime . . .
Try this :
C - Dwight
PF - Anthony
SF - Bryant
SG - Hamilton
PG - Stuckey

Just be patient , Find and sign a good PF on the Free Agent Pool via Mid-Level Exception .

I dunno about that , I never played Dynasty using Fantasy Draft before ,
and I think it's no fun starting a Dynasty with that . It's pretty unrealistic .
