Help with salary!

Well I wonder how in players.dbf i can make players accept minimum salary.
Because I can change salaries(although i don't know what to type to get the minimum), i can change ISMINUMUM (just type True? )
But it's not working can anyone help? Or make a team getting more mid level exceptions.

You can't, as far as I'm aware.
