Why do i always get the 30'th pick in the draft?? Could someone please help

that might be because you qualify first in the season

I would say so. If you're not in the lottery, it's based solely on record (with tiebreakers where appropriate) so if you're winning a lot of games and finishing atop the league, you're always going to get a low draft pick. That's just the way the Draft works.
