Delete the finals fsh file from your sgsm folder. About the courts, why don't you download the TUP patch?

There are a few finalslogo.ebo files in the xenvcmn.viv file in the sgsm/common directory. Check to see if there is a couple in your sgsm directory first, and rename them to see if it fixes the problem.
