MOD FIBA game mode to 16 Teams

Is there anyway to mod the FIBA game mode to 16 teams and from single elimination to pool play and then medal round? Would more easily accomodate World Championship and Summer Olympic games.

not really, the best you could do is play a season mode with playoffs, sorry
