Need update on the playbook

Where can I get updates on my team's playbook?

I think the official roster update from Andrew updates the playbook, download the 2.8 roster.

i already tried it but still the all the offense strategy is "balance"

If you'd like to make any changes yourself, the file you need to edit is teams.dbf. Please see the DBF Editing Guides for more info.
