Is it possible to improve a player's clutch stat?
if yes, what kind of training is it? offensive?

You can't improve player's clutch stat by training, that's for sure. It can be improved by dbf editing of course and maybe by natural player development, but I'm not sure of this one.

I'm not sure that it improves year-to-year either, so DBF editing is probably the only way to go.

It improves year by year ( +1 Clutch per Season )

I've been testing and sometimes my rookies get 3-5 clutch in the off-season

I've tried it with OJ Mayo, Beasley, Rose, Rodney Stuckey, JR Smith and Courtney Lee. I've got them training with my assistants the whole year.

You know when you're beginning another season and a screen comes with the players that have changed the most, then their Clutch was like 10 -> 14 or 20 -> 23

That never happened to me . . .
In my Knicks Dynasty , I always train Kleiza ( athletically , big man assistants and defensive assistants ) and make him always take the last shot but still +1 clutch per season .

maybe that's because his potential is not that high, most rookies improve a lot, 4~7 overall per season

And nothing you do in games actually affects development, so taking the last shot with Kleiza won't accomplish anything. It's all in the hidden development attributes.
