XBOX Created Player doesn't save appearance

I've seen some info about this on the web but nothing in the way of a solution.

I'm guessing my game is up to date, XBOX games usually notify you when there's an update.

It seems that no matter what the situation is. When I save a created player, all their appearance info gets erased.

That's strange I've been able to edit created player appearances successfully in the Xbox 360 version without any problems. Did you set up an NBA Live 09 profile when you first played the game (it should've prompted you to do so)?

Everything else saves. The stats, the personal info.

I guess I shouldn't say the appearance doesn't save because for the most part it does. If the guy is black or white, tall or fat, bald or afro. It saves all that, but the face detail is not saved. It reverts to the basic look. And the majority of the time the player looses their eyebrows. So they look like they've been standing too close to a flame and had their eyebrows burnt off.
