NBA LIVE 08 problem

I just installed NBA Live 08 on my pc and evry time I started the game a message occurs saying that "a problem occurs and needs to be closed."


-could anyone please help me and tell me what's the problem??

We'll need a bit more information first, including your PC's specs and whether or not you have any patches installed (and if so, which ones) and whether you've tried to edit the game yourself.

i'm using a windows XP intel pentium4 cpu with 640 RAM. and evry time I start the game the problem occurs. please help.

What about your video card? If it's not supported by the game then you're bound to encounter problems.
