Official Update v1, and Ex Yugo 2009

Finally this update is finished here whats it bring to game:

1.Updated roster for all 30 teams, locked on 1.11.2008.
2.Cyberfaces to all new players, there are a lot of fantasy faces, becouse lack of picuters, time, and c'f makers
3.Portraits to all new players
4.Updated graphic (titlescreen, menu, loading screen itd...)
5.Animation,added a few sig shoots to new players

I don't know, doesn't sound local to me. Probably a European League of some sort
