i downlaoded the file but it wont work or is in some aprt of the gm menu or something?

If you have the fix installed correctly in your sgsm folder, you should be able to toggle between Team Interest and Player Salaries on the Trade Players menu; the fix should restore access to the button that allows you to do that.
