Creating my own accesories

I looked in the forum for a few nw patches and found this: >>>Kremsku's patching thread 08<<<.
This patch is very good and exactly this what I'm looking for but I don't understand how I can edit this accesories by myself!
Can anyone please explain how I can edit this accesories this way :

I think that I know how I can edit this accesoirs but where do I get the basic arms and legs????

Well, as you can see, the right and the left arm looks exactly the same, so if you want to remove this current accessory, just crop the other hand (the one without the band) and paste it exactly on the same position on the other hand. hope that helps.
