CREATING CUSTOM TEAMS!!!!

I'm trying to put new teams in my nba live 08, im trying to get rbk all stars from 06 and the team nike (a patch from 07). The thing is, I cant understand explanations in this site http://wiki.nba-live.com/index.php?n=Tu ... nNBALive07 I have done the first part, putting in the teams, but im having problems doing the second to the last part, plz help me guyzz, I'm trying to make my Nba live 08 better, if someone can teach me and I finish this, Theirs a possibility that I would release this patch, including the files to be putted in the sgsm, plzzz guys help me, I will really appreciate it

What in particular are you having difficulty with doing? The steps you mentioned are pretty much like the first, only you're modifying different coaches.dbf and teamgear.dbf instead.

Im having difficulty putting players in the team, I cant understand the numbers they were putting in the explanation, the playerid and the appearid, how will i know what numbers I will put? I learned the adding coach and adding jerseys part, its just the adding players part, would you mind explaining it to me step by step?

I'd recommend this tutorial as a companion, this one also has some information that is applicable and this one covers making trades through DBF editing, which is essentially what you're doing.

Basically, you'll need players to put onto your custom team. Assuming you've got that sorted out, you need to locate them in players.dbf and edit their TEAM value so that it matches the ID you've given your custom team. For example, if you've got twelve players to put on your custom team and your custom team's ID is 85, you must change those player's TEAM value to 85. You'll also have to order them on the roster from 0 (Starting Centre) all the way down to IR #3 (14) by editing their ROSTERPOS value.

You're welcome. Make sure no two players on the custom team share the same ROSTERPOS value, they each need to have their own value 0 through 14 (if they are fifteen players on the roster) so that they each occupy their own slot on the roster.
