Hey everyone

Hey everyone. My name is Mavs Man and I am new. I am very interested in NBA Live 08 modding, particularly classic arenas and floors. I have a few questions though:

Being a modder of NHL series games (02 and most recently 08) I hae a few programs for importing/exporting textures into NHL08. Will these work with NBA Live 08? I hae BHImport, an addon installer, FSHX and BigGui.

Second, is the modding for Live anything similar to that of NHL08?

Lastly, where do i put mods when I'm finished? I don't see a section for NBA Live 08 mods.

the main tool youll need is fshx but either the original ebo editor or ebodit will help with courts/stadium shapes

from what Ive heard its basically the same engine using the same files so yes the modding should be very similar

for the game to use them you can put raw fsh, ebo, and other files directly in the sgsm folder, for submittal to this site we have a downloads section and submittal form

unfortunately most patchers dont use it so they just keep all their downloads listed in their first post of their thread in the announcements section

Detroit (The Palace of Auburn Hills)
Denver (McNicholls Sports Arena)
LA Lakers (Great Western Forum)

IF anyone wants to help with these, let me know which ones you wanna make! I am doing Dallas and Houston myself.
