Please help!!

I have been playing 08 on PC for a long time now.
Had a Phoenix Suns Dynasty mode going, was into the 5th season.
Decided to start another Dynasty.
When saving, did not notice that the blue bar was on my ORIGINAL Suns Dynasty!
The Suns file is now overwritten.
5 seasons completely wasted?!
Please will someone help me? How can I possibly retrieve my Suns file?!

Indeed. Unless you've got a recent backup, it's gone forever.
A tip for future Dynasty games though, it's a good practice to save the game in two different slots each time you save in case of accidents like this.
