hopefully, since there is no nba live 2009 released in pc. there would be a speech id editor be released for nba live 2008.

It would be nice but I'm not sure that anyone is developing one.

if anyone cud give an information on how i could do it manually.. i cud automate it.. create a application for it.

Theres a soundeditor (forgot whats its called..audy or something) for live06 but does not work with live08. You should check it out and maybe you can modify it to work with live08. Good Luck.
