need help changing salary cap!!

Well, those are the steps you need to undertake to edit the salary cap. Perhaps you could give us some indication as to what parts you don't understand or are having difficulty with?

You will need to substitute a different hex value for NBA Live 08. You'll need to search for 49D9 instead.

i searched for it and did not find any string called 49d9...best i found was string 49d0 column 9...which data i tried to change with no success...anyway my temporary solution was changing the players' salaries instead...
