Trade suggestion for my Memphis Dynasty

Any trade suggestion would be appreciated.
Here are plans :
1)I want to get Lebron and get rid of Anthony ( i am not sure if this will work. any help on this please)
2) i want D. Howard for Bosh (is this a good trade for me?)
3) I want to get also M. Beasely but I am not sure who should i give-up
Definitely I want to keep M. Gasol and M. Conley.
i cannot anymore sign pre-agents coz my cap is -1.97M but i can still use my mid level exception

Can you trade carmelo anthony and al horford for lebrone?

I am currently training Beaseley for 4 weeks then the rest of the guys for 2 weeks each.

I signed George Karl's son I think his name was Coby Karl then I traded him together with Chris Bosh for Lebron James.

By the way I signed up Juan carlos Navarro for 5 years and he is really doing well coming of the bench. I am 12-1 right now. Chemistry level is excellent.

Can anyone advise me which is the best AI right now and the best sliders were all of my players have the chance to play because right now when I simulate Navarro and Lopez are always DNP Coach Decision. I am using Nigu's AI Version 8 right now. (thank you Nigu for this patch).

What's the rating for Marc Gasol?

Mark Gasol started 77 and I trained him for 1 month last season and he is now 79.

Guys I just traded Al Horford and a draft pick for Rudy Gay. My second unit is now very tough also.

I won the title in my second season. Lebron as Final's MVP. I trade my two picks for Rudy Fernandez and signed Brandon Bass in Free agency using my mid level exception

And now I am in the finals facing the Sixers (J. Oneal. E. Brand) 1 - 1 standing right now.
