Editing the startup screens

hey, i made a new startup screen for nba live 08 but theres only one problem, i dont know how to change the writing on the startup screen and i dont know how to edit the legal screen (i mean the writing on the screens, the whole, rosters accurate from and all right resevered stuff)... what im asking is if someone can tell be where i can locate the file(s) used for the writing on the startup title screen so i can change em.

You need to edit the locale file for example the locale.eng
