Needing help !!!

Ok , i posted a question about animations erlier , and it seems that its not possible to make new ones after all , im sorry about this other dumb question that im gonna ask but im new at editing and im still not fimiliar with the limits ...... can i make new sounds in NBA live 08 ex. new sound of the net squishing , the ball bouncing , replacing marvs voice etc ... cuz i saw a post erlier from hawk 3y3 that showed how to open xditties ast and abk and edit the sounds but still cant understand fully ,,,, can somebody help me with a possible step by step guide ????

P.S i downloaded all those tools that hawk 3y3 posted , did everything according to the little guide but ive encountered some prob with the asf files that ive unpacked , there kinda corrupted and cant be converted ..HELP !!
