tattoo request

hey guys cam somebody please help me?
i wtried it for hours but i think i failed. i tried to add a tattoo for a created player. i edited the db files but i still doesnt work. i tried the tuts but it was not succesfull. i think its because i couldnt export the bhed files. so i had to export and import dds files into the fshs.
so please can somebody help me and make a correct fsh file so that i can just add the players name like (alivers_arm_tat.fsh) and add it in the sgsm folder?
this is the tat file in a psd version. it`s transparent.
