Memphis Dynasty suggestion

I have just started a dynasty with memphis

my roster:

Biedrins
Monta Ellis
Kevin durant
Rudy fernandez
Belinelli
Conley
Brook Lopez
michael beasley
Hakim warrick

gordon

I am struggling right now 2 to 8 win loss record
the team chemistry is very low

does anyone have any trade suggestion to improve my roster

I want to keep Bugot, Beasley, Durant, Belinelli, Fernandez, lopez and ellis

I like this young team but i don't think they'll be good for at least 2 or 3 years except if you train them well. You should train most of your players in offense and defense because this team is extremely young and inexperienced. I don't know what kind of players you're looking for but you need more veterans. This team definitely needs more defense. If you can maybe trade beidrins and warrick for either danny granger or channing frye especially frye cuz he's a good shooting big man.

You have low team chemistry because of the many roster changes you made. I suggest sticking with that until your chemistry is high again(just keep winning games and have a normal playing time for them) then you can make a roster changes again

Yes.
Your team hates the team because you keep trading and they no longer trust that they will be on the team for the whole year.
And the people on the team they get a long with get shipped out.

guys here are the trades i had:

Biedrins and warrick for Al Jefferson
Walker, Jaric, I cant remember but I think it is Buckner for Peja and Posey
I acquired back Marc Gasol in exchange for Lopez and a Brown
I acquired back O.J. Mayo for Rose and Gordon because I found out Mayo was progessing fast than rose. I included Gordon because I want chicago to have a competitive line-up.
I did not mention Walker jaric and Buckner before because i do not like this guys.

Now here is my line up

Center- Marc Gasol
Back-up C - Bugot
PF - Beasley
Backup PF - Jefferson
SF - Peja
Backip SF - POsey and Fernandez
SG - Durant
Back -up SG - Mayo and Belinelli
PG - Ellis
Back-up PG - Conley and Mayo

I signed Garbajosa for 1 year for 1.95m and I still have 11M in Cap space.

I am doing well in this line-up and even won the Championship.

I made the play-off 45 - 36 win loss in simulation and start playing
I am struggling really in the play-off because Ellis was out for 13 weeks
when I simulate in the play-off all was really not favorable
Hornets 3 - Memphis 2
Houston 3 - Memphis 1
San antonio 3 - Memphis 1
Cleveland 3 - Memphis 0

and start playing from there for 8 mins a quarter.
I was lucky Peja was hitting from the outside while Gasol was a monster inside together with Jefferson. Durant could rest well and comes off the bench and it was great because I used Posey for defensive purposes and he was effective is shutting down Mcgrady and James in the Finals.

Peja was the Finals MVP.
Mayo was the Rookie Game MVP

This game is really exciting

in the off-season I drafted 2 guys and traded for Julian Wright
I signed Gerald Green using my mid-level exception

Now with these additions, who should I get via trade = Iguodola or Lebron James?

I could trade Posey, Green and Wright for Iguodola and Andre Miller
Then I could trade Iguodola and Miller for Lebron James.

Should keep Iguodola or get Lebron James?
