Do i Cant add new Teams in NBA LIVE

I want to now is it posible to add new Teams to the original NBA LIVE for PC database and then use it in a Season with the NBA Originals teams of NBA instead of one of the NBA Originals Team ?
I mean create new TEAM id TeamNUMBER = 51 of a European Team and use it in the NBA LIVE SEASON with there originals team except one ?
The one i substitute by the team 51.
It Posible this or not ??

I used to do this en NBA LIVE 2000 Thru 2004.

Yes you can add some teams havent you noticed there are some mods that are not for nbalive only
