need help installing a court patch

i dwonloaded lagoa's court patch by clicking downlaod and "save to file", what do i do next? do i extract these files or what?

Yes, you'll need to extract those files to the sgsm folder. If it's a .viv file, it will need to be placed in the sgsm/stadia folder, otherwise simply extract the files to the sgsm folder.

By default, you can find that folder at C:\Program Files\EA Sports\NBA Live 08\sgsm.
