I downloaded FshX and whenever I go to open it, it says "This application has failed to start because dx8vb.dll was not found."

Got it to work.

New Problem...
I extracted a players bhed using EA Graphics Designer and then opened it into Fsh. It turned out really really small.

Ok, I found the list of players with EA Graphics Editor, then there are two .fsh files for each player. If i extract one and then open it with FshX it turns out small and the other turns out transparent/blue.

Someone Please Help.

it means that it has an alpha channel applied. if you'll export it, you won't get a transparent blue image anyway..
