Modified/Bigger Body Patch Request, Question

I was wondering if there was a patch, or if it would be possible to make, one where it would make the players bodies more bigger. I feel that they are too skinny. For example, LeBron James. If he's normal, than he looks too skinny. But if you make him thick, he looks too fat(mainly because of the waist area because it looks wide, it it was normal that it would probably be ok). Is there a patch or a way to modify this? Sort of how Glen made the thick calves fix? Thanks

No, he used a file that was already in NBA Live, or one of the previous versions.
