Deslocated screen

I had this problem before, but i can't remember how i fixed it. Everything was normal, until, without changing settings or patching, all in-game screens are being deslocated up and to the left. Menu screens are normal.

My windows resolution is set to 1024x768, but i choose to play Live on a 800x600, because of better performance. If I select 1024 on Live settings, it goes back to normal, but the game slows down, so i'd rather play on 800.
The only patch I changed after playing a normal game was Pdub's new camera angles, but I reverted back to the original file and it's still like that.
I also installed the new DirectX codec, but i don't think it's related.
Any help?

what do u mean by slow?
is it the gameplay slow or its kinda laggy?

laggy is the right term.... my machine isn't so good

now i know why i didn't remember... it fixed itself after a few days
