How can I use the nicknames.

I tried to add nickname to my player and it wont work. The commentator wont mention the nickname. The nickname I used was from nickname.dbf

Those nicknames are text only; they'll show up in the View Player menu but the commentator won't use them.

I have a few questions about nicknames; in Players.dbf there's a category there AUDIONICK, which, based on the editing guide, is for the nickname used by the announcers; an attribute for created players. I went to nicknames.dbf and I do recognize some nicknames from previous Lives - Big Freeze, Big Time, Smoove, Showstopper - and started to wonder.

I have a few questions about this; 1, are they still in the game, the audio clips? 2, if they are, can they still be given to players? And 3, if they are in, what are the values? Are they the same as their IDs in nicknames.dbf?

I don't think the audio for those nicknames is still in the game. You can certainly try placing those IDs in the AUDIONICK field though, the worst that will happen is there'll be no effect whatsoever.
