{360} Online Team Play Finals Series

We will be running a 7 game series with the 360's Online Team Play of the '08 NBA Finals, Lakers vs Celtics.

The first 2 games of the series will take place on Wednesday at 8pm EST. Both of which will have default settings and run 5 minute quarters. A special NLSC room will be created in the Live 08 lobby system before the game and those who are interested in playing in the game should log-in there. Once the time comes for the game to start I will begin inviting people into the OTP game to play.

If you plan on playing in the game feel free to either post here or just show up the night of the game.

these things are not realistic becuase there is no ability of a superstar to take over in a game ( LeBron Game 5)
if you simed Boston and Atlanta, it definitely wouldn't be Boston Game 7

but with all said it will still be fun to see who wins in the game and in real life

I've played several games of OTP where a superstar "took over the game" so I am not sure what you are talking about.

i don't even have 360, i wish i had one
i wish i could participate, i'm just saying the comp doesn't know the difference between a regular season game -ex. LeBron 30 ppg and a playoff game- ex. 45 pts game 6 against Boston

After tech problems messed up the first attempt, we're ready to go again.

Just a quick reminder that Games 1 and 2 of our NBA Finals Online Team Play series will be held in a few hours, with the first game tipping off around 8 PM ET/5 PM PT. For those of you who are like me and don't live in the US, don't forget to check the time difference. Meet in the NLSC Finals room in the lobby, the password will be nlsc.

i had a good time with the first 2 games on Saturday. I will be there for the next 2 games on Wednesday night. Lets hope we get enough people for tonight. I wouldnt mind controlling Odom again......cant get any worse than he is playing for real

Games 3 and 4 were a lot of fun, a lot more competitive which made things a bit more interesting for those of us controlling Boston. Recap will be up soon.

yup.....those were good games. Boston pulled away in game 2. Just wouldnt miss in the 4ht!! Gasol is a weak rebounder..........look forward to playing some more games......
