Game crashes when selecting a certain shoe...

On the NBA Store, whenever I try to select/view a certain Jordan shoe (the one between Air Jordan V and Jordan 12.5), the game crashes automatically.
And another problem, after finishing my first year in dynasty mode, I've collected 5k+ points and bought/unlock shoes that I wanted to use onto my players, I went to the edit players section to try them on and saw that those shoes that I just purchased were still locked. How did that happen?
P.S. I'm not new to the game additions and been adding some stuffs I've downloaded here and I'm fully aware that some of those game patches might be the cause, just wanted to hear if any of you had the same problems and if there's any other solution other than just re-installing Live. Thanks.
