please help NBA Live 08 NLSC Current Roster Update

can i request a mirror site or a re upload of the nba live 08 nlsc current roster update adds rosters updated through April 20th, 2008, cause when i download it i get this

Ive been waiting and downloading it for 3 days now and still no progress
